Along with selecting your stone, you’ll also choose an edge profile that reflects your personal style and the overall look of your space.

Most granite slabs are approximately 3/4" thick (2cm). To create a more substantial, finished appearance, we can laminate two pieces of stone together at the edge, creating an approximately 1 1/2" thick profile. We also reinforce the countertop with 3/4" plywood underneath for added support and stability.

For a more modern, seamless look, we also offer mitered edges in a variety of thicknesses. Mitered edges can create the appearance of a much thicker slab while maintaining clean lines and a contemporary design.
